Hello, I'm converting a DIVX to DVD in TMPGenc DVD Source Creator. Should I check the interlace box or not. I just ran it without the interlace box checked and after 7hrs. of encoding, fast motion on the converted video looks strange. Almost like it's lost frames. Any ideas? TIA

The artifacts were introduced during deinterlace most likely. In most cases "you can't go home (to interlace) again." Not in similar quality. Try checking the interlace box and see if there is a difference.Originally Posted by jcclow
