NEED HELP PLEASE Building A Media Center Compatible Computer

I want to build a Media Center Computer for a Home Theater. I want it to be comparable to the HP Z555 or HP Z557, but more versatile or expandable. I want this computer to have all the features the HP's has. I want to set up a room for the men, Playstation 2, 30” LCD HD TV and a good theater seating. I have researched the computers below and I believe I can build this computer. I don’t want to start buying parts and then have Windows Media Center compatibility problems. One more question if I want to use this computer as my main computer should I have WMC and Win XP Pro installed on separate partitions and what about a dual cpu system?
