NEC 3500 DVD+R DL error message

Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I am trying to burn Windows XP files to the Memorex DVD+R DL discs and getting errors. I have never received any errors with this drive before. Sorry, it is a lot of information but I didn't know exactly what anyone would need....

Works now! Grabbed firmware from Liggy & Dee. Used 2TC and now works fine!
