I used Smartripper to rip the DVD, then DVD2AVI then TMPGEnc to create SVCD mpg at I think a 2600 bit rate. I burned it with Nero. Now I get blurring when there is motion. I tried burning the sample SVCD file on this site and there was no blurring with motion. When I play the mpg files on the computer I don't see blurring so I am assuming it's something I am doing when I burn it or I just don't see the blurring on the computer and it's in the mpg file I created. I am playing them on a Daewoo 5000N. I cut a smaller file of this to test with until I figure out how to fix problem.
