Hi all,
Hope someone can help I'm tearing hair out with this one!
I have just got a Compaq DVD RAM drive which is actually a MATSHITA DVD-RAM LF-D210. I have this hooked into my laptop via a USB2 drive caddy. The Laptop recognised it and installed it, all seems fine. When I load a DVD-RAM recorded on my Panasonic DMR-E50 it displays the MEI-UDF folder and in that the DVD_RTAV folder. When I try to access the DVD_RTAV folder I get an error of 'F:\DVD_RTAV is not accessible. Access is Denied'. I know the disc is ok as I have loaded it on another PC. I have even plugged the USB2 drive into another laptop and that recognises it. So I guess this is a permission issue on my Laptop but I am unable to locate it. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the drive and still no joy. Any help would be most welcome.
Cheers
David![]()
