Yes. But usually not with the parts of the body. Usually, it animals stuk in the package or pieces of equipment that got lost in the food product. Rats, screws, insects, broken glass, circuit boards, hair, waste product and more are find in food products every day.

Really ther still isn't any reason for panic. IF you do not like what is in your food, you can throw it in the trash, or maybe ask refund.
