DVD-Lab Pro question

I am making an episode disk and am trying to make an intro before the main Menu. I have a 15 second clip I want to play and transition into the episode menu. I Loaded the video and audio into a movie window and made it the First Play, created a transition to the episode menu and linked all of the episodes from there. I compiled the DVD, but when I preview it in WinDVD the opening movie doesn't play. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?

Post your connection window so we can see how it's all hooked up. It sounds OK.

Did you get DVD Lab Pro to create the transition for you ? Or did you have it already ?

If you had it already (I never create transitions and motion in DVD Lab Pro, always outside it), then it should go

First Play -> intro clip (a movie) -> transition clip (another movie) -> menu You shouldn't see any transitions in the connection window.

If you created the transition in DLP, then it will go

First Play -> intro clip -> transition symbol -> menu
