    When previewing AVI, image is updside-down and reversed. I am hesitant to convert and burn the movie. Hope this is not normal.

    What does it look like in WMP?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Well try it. Stop it after say 10 mins & look at the resultant mpg.
