    Hello,

I'm new to the forum and hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.

I have a Sony Vaio and use my Gigapocket to download movies and tv shows from my dish. My DVgate program was corrupted and was lost when I tried to reinstall it.

I am using VideoReDo for my editing and I like the program a lot. Trouble is I can't load the output files to the ClicktoDVD program that comes with the Vaio.

What can I do? I thought that VideoReDo was exporting MPEG2 which is what the DVGate program did.

Do I need to get another program?

    Many thanks,

    Yancey

    what does clicktodvd say?
is the mpeg2 files dvd compliant before you use videoredo? dvgate may reenocode to dvd, videoredo does not convert.

Thanks for the fast reply. It is greatly appreciated.

No the files are not DVD compliant before hand. DVgate would export an MPEG2 that was compliant immediately and I could easily import it into ClicktoDVD.

ClicktoDVD crashes when I try to import the newly formed Mpeg file.

DvGate was a wonky program with some sync problems but it was easy to use. I like the VideoReDo much better but I can see I'm going to need another program here. Any suggestions of a one that will do what DvGate did when it was outputting the Mpeg?

    Thanks again in advance.
