As some of you may or may not know, the Daewoo 3000 & 5000 each read VOB files on a data disc with 100% DVD clarity (you just cannot rew or FF). I have been ripping the VOBs off of my DVDs with smartripper and I made the file splitting setting at 700 so that it could fit on a CDR. The only problem that I have been having is that sometimes there will be no audio. It seems to be the case when I break up the chapters, only the first VOB file will have audio. And on the Navi menu, the first file will say DVD (audio) and the rest will say VCD (no audio). Can anyone give me a reason as to why this is happening and what I might be able to do to prevent this? Thanks
BTW, I am using Eazy CD creator 5 to burn

SmartRipper somehow damages AC3 frames in the split-by-chapter (or filesize) process. This is why you hear no audio. That program AC3fix doesn't do the job. Does anyone have any other suggestions for fixing damaged AC3 frames?
