At a first glance, I was impressed with new advanced features of DVD Architect 3, especially with that Smart Prepare, but...
When I authored the first DVD with it and found that something was wrong with subtitle display, I thought that I messed up something.
But now I'm pretty sure that it is a bug, that makes the first subtitle to stay permanently on a screen, does not change as a video goes on.
Previewing the project inside DVD Architect window shows subtitles as it should be, but after burning a disc, it is wrong both, playing on the computer software player (Power DVD) and on a standalone player.
This issue has something to do with chapters and chapter transitions. Last shown subtitle line freezes at a begining of every new chapter.
I have checked Sony forum and they are discussing the same issue.
Has anybody noticed this and found any solution?

Yes, I've got the same issue.
I think we'll have to wait a new version.
Workarround : Put a blank subtitle right after each chapter ... grrrr...
Another good enhancement should be to import more subtitles text formats (SRT,SUB, etc.), graphic subtitles (SON,SUP,BMP) and CHAPTER LIST !!!!
It seems, to be original designed to work as Vegas complement only.
Good luck!
