  1. I have an ISO of a home movie that a old friend sent to me. When I burn the image to dvd, I get the followng error when trying to play the dvd on my standalone:
"Cannot playback due to area restrictions"
I get that error when I use Nero, and dvd decrypter.
When I play the dvd on my pc, it works fine.
I am using dvd+r disks, and this is the first time I've ever seen this message on my standalone dvd player. It is a panasonic that has played everything I've throw at it for about 2 years now.
Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

  2. It sounds like it may be a PAL DVD/Image file.

    Or NTSC.

Are you NTSC land? wheres your friend from Pal land?
