    When I rip American DVD's onto my Hard Disk and preview the VOB file in Flask Mpeg I notice that on high motion the image seems to have lines through it. I can't really understand what could be the cause. I have tried different versions of smart ripper but without luck. My DVD Rom drive has region 2 coding, wonder if that makes a difference?

    thats called interlaced movies try to put your FPS to 23.997 instead of 29 okay that might help
