This was new to me. The Hellboy ripped ok in Full Disk mode and yielded a floder with TS_Video, a .exe file and some other odds and ends which looked like links to a website and a directory named Extras. When I ran DToX it got to the 81% point and gave up with 2 error messages: one that this was an encrypted file and the second that all the files in the disk needed to be included (or something like that). What the...? So I ran MTR in Movie Only mode and then DToX ran without a hitch.

Sorry that I do not have the original disk to send for testing, I, er, ah, lost it...looks like it will play ok on my player but without the titles menu.

Anyone else have this problem with Hellboy? I didn't really care to have a game or web link that prolly wouldn't work on my Mac anyway but it was something new to me.

I occasionally get the first error, so far it seams that this is caused by a ripping or disk error, because if I rip the source disk again and try it with DToX it compresses just fine.

MerlinMacuser, sometimes I've had to get another dvd and it's worked out fine, such as Star Wars. I went through 3 (legal) dvds until it came out good. Hellboy the same well 2 dvds later it was a full backup 8)
