Following the guide from Marty does not leed me to the expected result. Its not possible to get a working Motion Menu.
using:
- TSCV v 0.83 release 3
- vfapi
- Tmpgenc
- SVCD-complient MPEG-File( MPEG-2 480*576 25FPS )
what I want to have:
- SVCD
- one MPEG track, 5 chapters
- One Motion Menu for 5 Chapters
My settings look like the settings from Marty except this:
- PAL
- SVCD1.0 checked
In the Menu-Tab I add my mpg. When the vfapi screen appears, I add the avi I have made in vfapi reader from the MPEG-2 File. Then I create my chapters. I open the Menu-Generator and do everything like Marty describes.
When Tmpgenc opens the trouble begins. The conversion seems to be O.K. as the preview is o.k.
A menu.mpv file is created (also MPEG-2 480*576 ). Now when I take the file for further Tmpgenc conversion to menu.mpg, Tmpgenc does not open it (not supported).
It is also not possible to open the file as a menu in TSCV.
So what the hell is going on here? Anybody some ideas?
