  1. hi i am using dvd2svcd and authoring with tmpenc dvd author,to convert some home videos,which are in avi format to a disc with a menu , out of the 7 clips 3 are out of sync . also can i use the multiplexed file for the audio? why do conversions go out of sync? also what is multiplexing??

    what it is your source? home video? dv avi?
    what kind of out of sync? does it get worse or is it the same the entire clip?
    what encoder are you using with dvd2dvcd? tmpgenc?

  3. hi the source is avi - i converted analoge home movies to microsoft avis, using adaptec videoh! cd the clips are between 1 minute to 7 minutes long,the out of sync doesnt seem to get any worse,its about 1-1.5 seconds out of sync yes i am using tmpgenc encoder and authoring with tmpgenc dvd author i am just trying again as i have used virtualdub to convert the sound to wav hopefully this will work??

  4. no it did not work looking again its 2 seconds out of sync- why are the other clips fine??
