This is what I have done. I frameserve from Flaskmepg to tmpgenc and made a 20 min mpeg 2.
Then I used the basic demultiplex in tmpgenc to make a video file and a audio file.
And I renamed video to vbs and I tried renamed to mpv as well. I put the video, audio and txt files in I-authors multiplexer and it makes a mps file that I put into nero as svcd but it goes in at once. But I burnet it even though it look wrong. And it won’t play in my kiss dvd play and not in my computer even. Thank you for your help in advance.

.mps files must be authored in I-Author which you can export as a .cif file. From there you can burn in Ez CD creator or you can use the latest beta version of CDMage to convert to .bin and cue which can be burned by just about any burning program.
If you use I-Author's multiplexor you MUST also use I-Author to create your svcd or vcd. No other programs can work with .mps files. -
Burn I-Author file with NERO: Enable PS-format and you'll get an PS-file instead of the MPS. Drag the PS-file into NERO, ignore NERO's protest (...not compliant...) and burn.
See even http://www.vcdhelp.com/svcdsubs.htm at the end of the guide.
