Hi,
Im capturing via a DVB card. I chose this way because it doesn't alter the quality of the broadcasted video, but Id like to know if there's any tool (or any trick) that could help me to remove those ugly black stripes from letterboxed broadcastings. Of course, that tool or trick wouldn't like to reencode the video
I can handle 4:3->16:9 with TMPGEnc Plus, but the deal is to do it without reencoding... Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Etienne
