*on PowerDVD & ATI DVD = DVD Video stutters and blocks form in the video
*on VLC & Classic Media Player = DVD Video Plays fine
*NOTE: The issue only happens when the DVD Video is being played from an actual DVD instead of a DVD file on the harddrive. So it can't be a codec issue right?
What could possibly be the problem?
