  1. I want to know what is the best software editing program to use. I am planning on filming a video and a need something to use that won't make it look homemade. Also I want to know what video camera is good to use for a great video. Oh and is Mac better to use with editing or PC?

I've found that both Software and Hardware are generally only as good as the people using them in regards to knowing how to set them up and use them properly, with some caveats of course. It's all about having the right equipment as well as the knowhow to get the results you require.

There is no 'best' software to use - what's best for me may well be too complicated/expensive for you and vice-versa. Also, Macs are no better or worse than PCs IMO. As for the non-homemade look, I believe there are filters available that can give your footage that 'aged' look, but it depends on what software and hardware you have available to you.

What do you have at your disposal ?
    If in doubt, Google it.
