Just a follow up if your 16x9 source video came from DVD and is still at full DVD resoultion (hasent been shrunk or de-interlaced) you should use the '16x9 525 line (NTSC)' or '16x9 625 line (PAL)' instead or the '16x9 Display" setting. This should handle the interlacing better.
