  1. Seems that Macrovision is having a few problems finding customers for
    their RipGuard Technology.

    Probably a good idea. Below you see a stock projection. The frame on your left indicates current performance leading up to the release of RipGuard. The frame on your right indicates estimated future performance when, two weeks after RipGuard goes public, some wisenheimer cracks it:
