  1. the avi is of great quality and sound but when i convert it to mpeg1 no audio, also tried toolame still no audio.. any ideas??thanks in advance

  2. I am having the same problem. I was thinking that maybe it had something to do with XP. Also, TMPEGEnc will crash after it finishes encoding. I wish I had some advice to give. All I can say is that I know what you're dealing with.

  6. I was having similar problems trying to convert divx audio to mp2, then I switched to Scmpx external tool in tmpg. Seems to work now. Sometimes I convert to wav, then scmpx>>mp2

  7. Most encoders have trouble using compressed audio as an input, extract the wav with vdub (remember to turn on full processing) and use as a seperate audio source. This should hopefully fix your problem.
