    Hi, guys!

    I am looking for a program that can easily converts DVD-NTSC to DVD-PAL system without destroying the menus and with the minimum decoding time.

    Hi van_d_man,

    A lot of new-ish DVD players and TVs in PAL-land are also set up to play NTSC, meaning that you may not need to do anything. Look into this as you may save yourself a lot of time and hassle.

    Sadly for those living in NTSC-land, the opposite generally isn't the case.
