    I bought this by mistake I think-it does not capture video does it, it is just a video card?


    Does anyone know if any of the ati cards capture both ntsc and pal?

    Great video card for gaming,unless its stated that its a vivo and has no video in and cable in then its just video out only.Not sure if the ati does pal and ntsc but i do know the msi capture card you have captures pal and ntsc and gives a decent result.

    Which capture software have you used for the msi card?, I cannot get a very good image myself.

    I use virtualvcr and capture with picvideo v 3 at 19 with a resolution of 704x480 and encode at 352x480.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.
