    The other day i've bought 2 MGM Releases pal R2(The Good,the bad and the ugly-Fargo). As always i make a backup.
    Demux video and audio stream with Dvddecrypter and subtitle with Subrip (son format and bmp). Authoring dvdmaestro.
    But with these 2 i can't get the subs in sync. Tried subtitle workshop to sync.No way. The subs in these dvds start at 0:00:00,000 although there are no subs, just bmp blocks with no text. I've deleted already the empty bmp's and adjusted the start time of the real ones. Still no luck.
    Anyone seen this ?

    Sounds like you have the framerate wrong.

    Framerate is 25 (for pal) in my case.

    rip the sub from original dvd

    convert it to SUB file

    use this
