    Yes, you can do that. It's different than making a DVD menu, but certainly possible, and not too difficult.

    EDIT: Actually I should say that motion can be used for intro's and exits from different menu screens. You can't have moving video behind the actual buttons on a VCD.

    No you can still have button commands even on motion menus. mckc86 VCDEasy can do all the authoring. You have to create your still and motion menus in any photo or video editor.
