    I am wanting to transfer some old Cine8 tapes to DVD. I have an Aver EZ DVD PCI capture card on my PC which I use to capture DVD. Can anyone suggest what hardware/software I will need to do this, I am on a tight budget too.

    Ok, from what I have learnt so far, you need a video transfer box, into which you project the film and use a camcorder to record it. If anyone finds anything else let me know
