When playing a DVD Video (from the drive) ...PowerDVD and ATI DVD stuttered and the video became blocky. VLC didn't have that problem though. GSpot reported that DShow was using Nero Video Decoder for MPEG2, so then using RadLight I unregistered that codec and increased the priority of the Cyberlink DVD Decoder codec hoping that the players would now use that codec instead. Now GSpot shows a blank box for the video decoder that it uses. STRANGE RIGHT? I thought that meant that MPEG2 would no longer play.. but it does.. with the same damn stutter.. Very strange.. any suggestions anyone? I thank you guys in advance...
P.S.: I have already tried reinstalling Video Card drivers and PowerDVD
