I think there is something wrong with the VOB,IFO,BUP structure in your video file.

You can do a Google search for that error and they suggest redoing the file, upgrading Nero, even downgrading Nero or using a different program to burn. In other words, no direct solution.

If only that file had the problem, I would say it points to the file as the problem.

  4. dvd2one can correct this sometimes by creating new files.

  5. I had this exact same problem when trying to backup "Danny Deckchair" and "Girls Gone Wild." In the case of the latter, I simply ignored the error message and burned anyway and the disc plays fine. In the case of "Danny Deckchair" I could never get it to play on any player other than my PC. So I just decided to ditch the menu in DVD2ONE and now it plays fine.

Are all your file names in capital letters? Or, you might be missing a .BUP file (or other files). Every .IFO file needs an identical .BUP file. Also, there has to be a VIDEO_TS directory and all the files must be in there.

If you want to know, post the contents of the NERO compilation here so that we can examine it and help with your problems.

  7. Another problem is that nero insists on a menu file (Vts_XX_0.vob) for each titleset (XX). Normally most SA Players will just play the movie (Vts_XX_1.vob, Vts_XX_2.vob...) without any problems even if there is no menu file.
