Im having trouble converting some PAL mpeg files to NTSC
been using TMPGEnc Studio programs (TMPGEnc XPress)
everything seems alright after encoding
i was able to watch it on my PC with no problems
but after i DVD author it and burn it onto DVD
the video quailty gets very bad
the main reason i want convert is so i can burn some NTSC and PAL video files onto the same DVD
but i cant mix NTSC and PAL together on a DVD
any1 can give me some help??
this are the specs im looking to convert to:
from:
PAL
352x288
25fps
1150kbps
to:
NTSC
352x240
29.97fps
1150kps
or if its easier the other way from NTSC to PAL
any1 can help??

Actually, you can mix them, there is just guarantee that they will all play. Not all authoring programs will allow you to do it, but DVD Lab Pro will allow you to try it out.
