Hey everyone, my friend showed me some of the DVDs that he made with iDVD on his MAC and the menus were awesome. They looked very professional. Is there any type of program for PC that enables you to make menus like that?

I Don't know iDVD, but there are plenty of DVD authoring apps for the PC which allow you to make menus. Take a look at:

DVD movie factory
DVD workshop

IDVD is blessed with a set of professional looking templates that impress on first glance. But once you have used them, they start to look a bit samey the next time around. I haven't seen many PC programs that ship with the same high quality of template, but again, canned templates eventually lead to canned results. You are better off learning something a little harder but more flexible, so you have more control and make DVDs that are yours, not someone elses.
