    I'm not exactly sure which filter I need to perform this...

    The first picture is the original




    The second is after encoding


    I want to smooth out the colors without blurring to much.

    Blur filter maybe?
    Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.

    Converting 2 DVD's made in a dvd recorder to one dvd on the computer. Converted with CCE.
    Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.
