I'm still trying to figure out what "renage" means.

"What the hell does 'renage' mean?" exclaimed Johnny Quest to Hadji. Suddenly Bandit, Johnny's dog, leaped up and bit his larynx so he couldn't ask stupid questions anymore. So there was only one thing to do. Namely, kill them all off. It was a lucky thing for the Wiggle that a meteor was moving towards the Earth. Really, really, fast.
so there...

come on guys all fun and jokes aside, this has been botrhering me for some time now, with some of my avi movies..holla back if you know what that means

I thought it was a typo that should read "range".
But even if it said "out of range 320" I wouldn't have a clue. Although 320 might be referring to a resolution. What are the avi specs? -
Well, he's responded to his original post twice, and didn't bother to clarify what "renage" means (or that it was a typo). I therefore have to conclude that "renage" was the word he wanted to use. I have no idea what an "out of renage" error refers to.
Maybe if he "cut and pasted" the error (or even took a screen pick of the offending error), he could eliminate any typos on his part, plus we would probably get the correct error context.ICBM target coordinates:

Probable causes: Bad source file. Followed closely by Bad codec.

As a shot in the dark, I agree with mats.hogberg. It is probably a source file or codec problem.
