I have some AVI Divx files that I used the DivxtoDvd program to convert. That got me a VOB file. I know want to take 3 or 4 of these files and get them on a DVD with a simple menu. I have access to a few DVD Burning programs but am not sure exactly what the VOB file is.

I tried Premier Elements and it didn't recognize the VOB file as media. What program should I use to bring the VOB files in and create a DVD with a menu? These are just TV episodes that I want to save....

    Thanks.

  2. These Vob files do they have corresponding ifo and bup files etc?
if so they all need to be in a folder called VIDEO_TS then burn them with nero. You can't mix n match though, the ifo and bup files etc correspond the the vob files created with the program you used you need them all to create a dvd.

  3. You can import the vob files into a DVD authoring program that accepts them and then add meus etc. I would suggest TmpGenc DVD author for this as this also allows you to trim the files if needed. DVD-Lab accepts VOB files to.

The file is in the Video_TS folder but it is all alone. Just the one VOB file and that's it.

Does TmpGenc DVD Author do the burning as well or is it just for creating the files and then I'd have to burn it with something else?
