Hi, I am using the trial version of TMPGEnc for transcoding (encoding avi to MPEG). Is there a way I can stop the encoding process and restart it at a later time?
Also, does the trial version have all the capabilities of the paid version (I know the MPEG-2 stops after 30 days for the trial version)?
Regards, Malahal.

Once you stop the encoding process then you have to start from the beginning and you can use all the functions for 30 days and after that only encode mpg1.If you wanted you can note down where the encoding is at and stop it and continue encoding as long as set the source range to start there and use a different file name so it doesnt overwrite the orginal file.
The only thing is you will have 2 separate files.I think, therefore i am a hamster.
