Used. Someone I ran into the other day has one of these, and she doesn't ever use it. I know this model doesn't have the DigiPure/TBC, but does have the video calibration. Is this VCR worth anything? How much should I offer her?

Considering the low cost of VCR's now, and the fact that to her it is probably just another VCR. I would say only $20-50. Depends on what you concious allows. After all, it is just a used VCR.

Just throw her a few $$$ & also replace it with a $40.00 modern machine for her..This way its win win

I have a 3600U and it a NICE machine but it cannot help with poor vhs recordings the way the 9911U and sr-10s can, and the Sharp stereo vcr's can give amazing quality.
