    I have a question and don't whether this is the right spot. I have mpeg's/avi's with these width and height figures is their any way i can modify these and make it bigger???

    Yes, by reencoding, and using a resize filter. Not that I can see any reason for doing so, but...

    i took the dimensions as an example but also could be smaller. Any suggestions?? Thanks

    Again, yes, by reencoding and applying a resize filter. Or you could just patch the header (see DVDPatcher for mpeg2) to make it seem like it has another resolution than it really has.
