  1. I have a bunch of Futurama episodes in MPEG-1 format and they are synced fine, but when I go to burn them to a VideoCD it says they aren't in the correct format. So what I do is de-multiplex then re-multiplex them in TMPGEnc but the audio gets out of sync. I'm a bit confused because the original mpg's play just fine until after I convert them...

Anybody have any ideas how I can fix this?

    Thanks.

  2. Yea, i have an idea
    Do NOT de multiplex them
go into mpeg tools again and go to SIMPLE MULTIPLEX.
Import your vid in the vid source and then everything should be filled in now.
Make sure the stream type is mpeg-1 videocd

  3. That doesn't work either... When I do the simple multiplex (I tried both MPEG-1 Video-CD and MPEG-1 Video-CD (non-standard)) it gets out of sync. Although, the re-multiplexed video plays fine (in-sync) until the first commercial break (where the author editted out the commercials).

Any other suggestions? I tried de-multiplexing it and then re-encoding the whole thing (from TMPGEnc).. and it still goes out of sync on me...

    Ugh.

Dont mux them, simple or regular. Just burn the MPEG file as a non-standard VCD in Nero and play it. The only problem my might experience is if the video isnt in a proper aspect ratio.

  5. Well, I can't burn them as non-standard because my authoring program (Ulead DVD Movie Factory) won't let me add them... and I can't use Nero because my dvd player is too picky...

    *sigh*
