i know alot of people use dvdshrink what is you favorite comrpession setting until you feel the quality has dropped or flies start to show up..
on home movies 20% comrpession is the limit for me..
what is everyone else's is it 10% 20% or 30%??

For me, the 60% setting is generally the lowest I'll go. For cartoons with the Maximum Smoothness setting on, I can go lower.

Whatever it takes to squeeze it onto a DVD5. If a full backup takes me down below 70% for the main title (after maxing compression for menus and extras), I settle for movie only.

I got rose red 2-dual layer dvds onto one dvd5 at 44% compression and it looked ok,some moving scenes twitched a bit but it was good enough for me.
