    I have several NTSC and several Pal videos I'm trying to burn to VCD. I've been able to do this before but I'm getting a brain freeze on how to do it again.
    I have TMPGenc and VirtualDub. I don't really wish to learn another program in order to change these over and I know it isn't good to combine.
    What is the easy way to change over the files from NTSC to Pal or the other way around using what I already have installed?
    Sorry, didn't see the Sticky on top of this forum... I'll check it out and if anyone else has any suggestions please post.
    I have a couple other authoring programs but these are mostly for DVD.

    There is no such thing as an "easy way" to convert from NTSC to PAL or vice versa.
