I am having problems making svhs copys of my digital 8 tapes. Most of the time it is when I have printed dv from my computer to my digital 8 camera. I am hooking up svideo out from my camera to svideo in of a super vhs vcr. The quality that I am getting out of it is poor. The counter on the vcr stops moving, like the vcr does not recognise the video. there is a lot of snow on the screen and just poor quality. What am I doing wrong.

Thanks for the help in advance.

    hi
This sounds more like a problem with the SVCR opposed to the video feed from the camera. If you havent already done so, I would try using the composite inputs instead of the svideo.

    S-video should work ok too.
Are you sure you have video coming out of the camcorder? Check output to a TV first.

Are you sure you have the S-VHS recorder set to the correct input?

    It should work.
