    i have a movie that i woul like to cut a part of it out. at 55 minutes and 10 sec. i would like to cut it there and join it at 55 min. and 20 sec. is there a program that will allow me to do that and comes with easy to follow steps........pleasae let me know

    Tmpgenc Mpeg editor, Womble mpeg wizard, Cuttermaran, VideoReDo...the list goes on and on...

    If the video file is mpeg then Videoredo will do the job, it is frame accurate and will not mess up the audio sync.

    If the video is avi then there are a lot of software apps that will work. See
    the Tools section of this site for some suggestions.
