I see this message every time I copy a CD I've authored as a VCD in NERO

I haven't copyrigted any of my discs or done anything special when making these discs (they contain VHS originals from my camcorder or such)

What the F*CK is NERO saying? It copies my authored CD's fine?

  2. I wondered this before and the only thing I could think of is maybe it thinks all finalized discs are copyrighted.

Ignore it. It says that about every CD-R I've ever copied, no matter what the format. It also never fails to copy them, despite the message. I think D.A.R.J.R. is probably right about this.

I tend to agree. It seems Nero treats all finalized CDs as Copyrighted disk whatever the format - data, audio, video etc...

I have the same problem. But in my case Nero makes the image file, and when it´s time to burn I receive a message "that burn fail".
    What could I do?

After that, I installed Clone CD and copied the same CD (a VCD film) with no problems.

I´m using Nero 6.6.0.12. Thanks for any help.

  6. Now that I am reading this thread, I realize that I always have seen this message, but I have been taking it for granted and even forgot it was there. I always wanted to know the reason, and I tend to agree with you. Maybe Nero thinks tbat all finzlized cds are copyrighted.
This message also is present in audio cds.
