does anyone know how to fix the sync problem in virtualdub

i have tested just to rip the sound and mux it...but still the sound is f..up (i did use the panasonic encoder for the sound)
and TEMPEnc also mess up the audio
(and i did also test an old version of VirtualDub(1.4c)
every time i encode and the new codec is involved 40% of the sound is ok.....;-/ )
