  1. I am using tmpgenc dvd author to convert mpeg to dvd using dvd+r. When i go to begin output it and asks me to create a folder in the drive it says it cant create it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  2. I am using verbatim dvd+r 8 x with an NEC 3520A dvd drive. When i click on the drive it says e: is not accesible. Incorrect Function.

    You gotta output to your hard drive, not your DVD burner.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. i just tried that and when i went to write dvd folder to dvd it said the dvd writing tool has encountered a problem and needs to close

    Are you outputting the authored content (when you click Begin Output), or are you using the DVD writing tool to burn the newly-authored content to disc ?

    They're two separate steps

  6. This is what i've done so far, i added the mpeg file in source setup then in output i made an output folder in my documents then i went to write dvd folder to dvd r/rw and browsed for the folder i just created in my documents, selected the recorder and then clicked on write dvd

    Move the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders out of My Documents to somewhere else on their own (I suggest you make a new directory off your C: and drop them in there) and then try it. When you select the folder as source, you've got to select the folder above the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders.

    Try outputting as an ISO file in DVD Author and then burning with DVD Decrypter.
