Hey guys I "stumbled" up a Windows media center edition 2005 cd and right now I have a WinTV PVR 150 not MCE. When I installed the card I ran Media Center and everything was fine.....But I would like to hook my pc up to my 52 inch HDTV via S-video... when I do that all is well until I load media center ... it seems to want to switch over to the capture card or something because on my tv the screen freezes but the pc is really not fozen ...l I just cannot see what is going on in Media Center instead I am frozen at the desktop. So I was thinking of getting one of the PVR MCE but it looks like those cards are basically the same thing except for the A/V in ports. I think what I need is a capture card that can capture and also output video to the tv at the same time I think.... does anyone have a clue as to what I can do to be able to use media center edition with my TV ???
