    WMplayer says its a Video file but can't find the codec!
    The soundtrack is fine.

    How can I convert this kind of file to something that Nero6.6 can burn to CD and play in a DVD player

    The File is called * movie name.(V.O). [DvDRip]

    Use GSpot or AVICodec and load the file into it. This should tell you what codecs you need. Either that or get your original out and convert it straight to VCD/SVCD with something like EazyVCD.
