Ok here goes. I play most of the videos and covert them to xvid to vcd. I used to use tmpenc, now use tmpenc 3 express. Recently I have this problem that videos encode fine in tmpg but not in express. The pic remains still while the audio in encoded. Even watching the prview while encoding gives me the same pic in front. I have tried encoding in tmpg and all works fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it does not work. Plz help

Codec seems fine for the same movie since I can play it and encode it using other encoders.....
