    According to the site below the VBV Buffer setting for MPEG1 is 46KBytes & MPEG2 is 224KBytes.

    If this is correct then TMPG's settings for VBV Buffer are wrong.
    Can anyone elaborate on this?
    Also when encoding X(S)VCD video would an even higher VBV Buffer be used?

    Also does anyone know how to calculate what VBV buffer size (as in an easy to use formula) to use for custom Xvcd, XSvcd, or other names like CVCD,etc.
